Did you publish outstanding scientific findings related to materials or component testing recently? The ZwickRoell Science Award recognizes authors of scientific papers who report about the most innovative uses of materials testing machines. The submission deadline is 2024, 31st of January.

FAQ

Who can participate?

The first author of a scientific paper (no matter if she/he is still at the university or research institute).

You are either currently working on your doctoral thesis or you have received your doctoral degree no longer than 10 years ago.

What scientific works can be submitted?

You can submit one peer reviewed paper published in an international scientific journal. You are allowed to

submit supplementary documents which support your submitted paper.

What kind of document should I send if I want to participate?

The journal paper and a short CV about yourself.

Can I only participate when a ZwickRoell testing machines was used?

No, every brand of materials testing machines can be used in the scientific work.

How old can the paper be?

The publication year of the paper shall be 2021, 2022, 2023 or 2024.

How will the winners be determined?

A panel of judges (ZwickRoell experts committee and 3 internationally acknowledged professors) will nominate the winners.
