Photo2 topo_AttnlimeReflective, dark or glossy surfaces are difficult to detect with optical scanners. To temporarily matt the surfaces to be measured, the measurement service provider topometric (Göppingen, Germany) has developed an optimized scanning spray for industrial 3D measurement technology. The spray Attblime is sprayed thinly and evenly onto the surfaces to be measured, creating high contrast values and thus enabling even the smallest surface details to be captured. The even spray pattern has a minimum layer thickness of up to 4µm.

Photo 4 topo_AttblimeAttblime is based on the substance Cyclododecane, which is now available again after a long time and is characterized by complete sublimation. This means that the spray applied evaporates without leaving any residue on the component. Subsequent cleaning of the component is not necessary.

Thanks to optimized spray technology, coating thicknesses and sublimation times can be controlled and adapted to the desired task. Service lives of more than 24 hours are now possible.

Photo3 topo_AttblimeFor extensive applications, such as in fully automated measuring rooms or even large objects, Attblime is also available in larger quantities in containern. This significantly reduces time, costs and packaging materials.

The scanning spray adheres to porous and non-porous materials such as textiles, wood, glass, painted surfaces, metal, plastic, stone, mortar and paper.

The raw material contained, Cyclododecane (CDC), does not bioaccumulate in aquatic organisms and is therefore harmless to humans and to our environment.
